PRICING

We offer a multitude of fun and motivating personal training. You can work out alone or with friends. We are highly educated in training and will make sure you give your all. The different types of training offered are:

Cardio FitCamps

Cardio FitCamps at Forever Free FitnessCardio Fitness 

Attend weekly Cardio Fitness class in-person or virtually.  Each session includes a 45-minute workout in a group setting for beginners to advanced members.   $10.00 per session.

Group Weight Loss & Fitness Sessions

  • All packages are semi-private training sessions (Groups of 2-6 during your 45 min training session)
  • Pay as you go group sessions are $35 each.
  • Ask about our 1 on 1 personal training options
