PRICING
We offer a multitude of fun and motivating personal training. You can work out alone or with friends. We are highly educated in training and will make sure you give your all. The different types of training offered are:
Cardio FitCamps
Cardio Fitness
Attend weekly Cardio Fitness class in-person or virtually. Each session includes a 45-minute workout in a group setting for beginners to advanced members. $10.00 per session.
Group Weight Loss & Fitness Sessions
- All packages are semi-private training sessions (Groups of 2-6 during your 45 min training session)
- Pay as you go group sessions are $35 each.

CONSULTATION RELATED
How do I get started?
Sign up for your initial fitness assessment. The $25 fee is assessed when you purchase a group fitness package.
GROUPS AND CLASSES
If you’re late
After 15 minutes, attend next session or warm up and join in.
To cancel
Text to cancel 1 hour prior to training or no-show.
Where to meet
In the main training area located in the back of the gym.

What forms of payment do you accept?
All payments are processed via PayPal. You can use your debit or credit card.
TRAINING RELATED
Before training
Warm up for at least 7 minutes before coming to the main training area. This is mandatory and really helps with minimizing injury. The most popular way to warm up is by using the treadmill.
Accountability Days
Every 2nd and 4th Saturday, arrive between 8:15 am and 9:15 am for Weigh-In. This includes updating weight, pictures, inches, and BMI
