- How do I get started? Sign up for your initial assessment. The $10 cost will be applied towards your membership.

Groups and Classes
- If you’re late : After 15 minutes, attend next session or warm up and join in
- To cancel: Text to cancel 1 hour prior to training or no-show
- Where to meet : In the main training area located in the back of the gym.

Training Related
- Before training : Warm up for at least 7 minutes before coming to the main training area. This is mandatory and really helps with minimizing injury. The most popular way to warm up is by using the treadmill.
- Accountability Days : Every 2nd and 4th Saturday, arrive between 8:15 am and 9:15 am for Weigh-In. This includes updating weight, pictures, inches, and BMI
