GROUP FITNESS
AS A CLIENT YOU MUST:
- Have an initial assessment with Forever Free Fitness.
- Check in every training session at Forever Free Fitness.
- Train like a pro – Give it your all!
- Track your progress.
- Get familiar with the routines.
- Follow the exercise plan.
- 3 days of cardio for 25 minutes.
- 1 of those days must be a fast-paced cardio class.
- 2 days of weight training.
- Stick to your eating plan.
- Pay attention to what AND how much you eat and drink.
- Follow the meal suggestion 5 days per week.
- During the first 5 days, your goal is to cleanse your body,
change your daily habits, and shift your metabolism.
