GROUP FITNESS

AS A CLIENT YOU MUST:

  • Have an initial assessment with Forever Free Fitness.
  • Check in every training session at Forever Free Fitness.
  • Train like a pro – Give it your all!
  • Track your progress.
  • Get familiar with the routines.
  • Follow the exercise plan.
  • 3 days of cardio for 25 minutes.
  • 1 of those days must be a fast-paced cardio class.
  • 2 days of weight training.
  • Stick to your eating plan.
  • Pay attention to what AND how much you eat and drink.
  • Follow the meal suggestion 5 days per week.
  • During the first 5 days, your goal is to cleanse your body,
    change your daily habits, and shift your metabolism.

Whitehall High School Track & Field in June thru Sept

Saturday 8:30am to 9:15am
