o 3 days of cardio for 25 minutes.
▪ 1 of those days must be a fast-paced cardio class.
o 2 days of weight training.
• Stick to your eating plan.
o Pay attention to what AND how much you eat and drink.
o Follow the meal suggestion 5 days per week.
o During the first 5 days, your goal is to cleanse your body,
change your daily habits, and shift your metabolism.
