How do I get started?

Click here to sign up. Once you create your account, call to schedule your assessment. The $10 cost of your initial assessment will be applied towards the training package that you choose.


Do I need to warm up before my session?

Warm up for at least 7 minutes before coming to the main training area.
This is mandatory and really helps with minimizing injury. The most popular way to warm up is by using the treadmill.


What should I do if I'm late?

After 15 minutes, you have two options.

Option 1:  Attend the next session.
Option 2:  Warm up and join in!


What happens if I need to cancel a session?

The preferred method to cancel is by text at least 1 hour prior to training, otherwise it counts as a no-show.


Do you help me determine my progress?

***Every 2nd and 4th Saturday are Accountability Days***
Arrive between 8:15 am and 9:15 am for Weigh-In
Weigh-In includes updating weight, pictures, inches, and BMI


What forms of payment do you accept?

All payments are ACH.
